OneChicago Fee Schedule

OneChicago's transaction fees and market data fees are not charged directly to market participants in most cases. Instead, the fees are charged to brokerage firms and market data providers. These intermediaries set their own fee schedules, and may or may not pass along OneChicago's fees to their customers.

Additionally, OneChicago's transaction fees do not include brokerage commission charges or fees firms are required to pay to self-regulatory organizations such as the National Association of Securities Dealers or National Futures Association.

Consequently, the fee an investor or market data subscriber actually pays may be higher or lower than the fee OneChicago assesses. Market participants with questions related to their billing statements or the rates they are charged for specific products and services should contact their broker or market data vendor directly.

Transaction Fees
OneChicago's transaction fees include all exchange and clearing fees as well as the mandatory Securities Exchange Act Section 31(d) fee on Single Stock Futures. Transaction fees are based on a per contract per side rate.

* OneChicago members eligible for the discounted rate include: all persons holding CME B-1, B-2 or B-3 trading privileges; all persons with full member trading rights or option trading permits (until expiration) on CBOE; and all persons holding full or associate member trading privileges on CBOT.

This schedule of transaction fees is intended to be effective until May 1, 2003 at which time OneChicago plans to re-examine its fees in light of developments in its markets.

Market Data Subscriber Fees (Quotes)
OneChicago will waive end-user subscription fees for real-time streaming market data until April 1, 2003. At that time, costs for subscirbers will be as follows:
