Every investor needs to understand how to manage the risk of futures trading. In this webinar, Rick will describe a popular risk management tool - the stop order - and show, using charts and actual examples, how this order is used to protect a position from adverse price movements, both in the case of an initial long position and an initial short position. He'll discuss some of the natural limitations of the stop order and then highlight additional ways to manage the risk of trading.

Following the educational part of the webinar, Rick will share an experience from his own trader's log. As he briefly mentioned in the last webinar, he'll show how he generated profit with an option position in FCOJ as it approached expiration - even though the options expired worthless.
